Agent of the Month: Molly Zeman

Meet our agent of the month Molly Zeman...and her beautiful family pictured here...

Molly is a Colorado native and has lived and "played" in the West suburbs throughout her whole life.  Since her roots are so strong here in Colorado, she wanted to be able to extend her excitement for her state and all it has to offer. She worked a few different jobs prior to real estate, such as corporate banking, insurance sales, but just never felt the satisfaction and the excitement that she gets selling Real Estate!  Now entering her 12th year in Real Estate, she finds Real Estate a great way to do what she loves, to meet people!  She loves being able to help her clients find her dream homes, or list and sell their "now" homes to move up, or size down.  A special niche she enjoys, is being able to sell a lot of client's childhood homes!  This can be a very overwhelming and emotional experience for most families, and she loves to be able to help make that be an easier transition.

What is your process when working with a new buyer?

I am always grateful and excited to meet my new buyers.  First thing is to meet with them, and see exactly their wants and needs for a new home may be.  I also find out if they have met with a lender, if not, I provide a few names so they can start that process.  I always stress to my buyers that this is the most important step, because they need to be comfortable with the price point in which they want to buy, even if they qualify for more.  Once we are set there, it's time to hit the road... and... in this market, you are on the 'road' a lot!!

What advice would you give to new agents?

Hit the road running!!  Be yourself, be easy to work with!!  Work hard and be available!  In the beginning, and even in this market being what it is, you have to work hard and a lot of hours!!   My motto in business is ''The Service you Deserve". Give your clients all you got!

What is your favorite quote?

My dad always told me... "Have a heart like a hotel, have room for them all"

What is your favorite thing to do or see in Colorado? Will you be doing any fun things in July?

The mountains are my "happy place" and all the activities they have to offer!! May and June offered us a few trips, so July I need to buckle down and get to work!

Tell us about the property....What are some of your favorite aspects of the property?

What would you say this listings surrounding neighborhood is like? What are some local hotspots around the property? Food, entertainment, parks, and schools?

As many may know, the Applewood area is built of many different styles and sizes of custom homes built in the 1960's and up.  It has a very strong history of home owners that have lived within these homes.  Each of these beautiful homes each have their own charm.  The area is also seeing many new custom builds as well!

What would you like first time home buyers to know when purchasing their first home?

First time home buyers need to buy within their comfort level and don't get discouraged with the hunt!  Your dream home is out there somewhere!  I can help you find it! :)
