RHLG Changing Lives One Client at a Time

Charles is one of Adriana’s previous clients who is a part of the Air Force. Adriana helped Charles find his home in Bennett about two years ago. He recently found out he will be going overseas to continue serving our nation, so he needs to sell his home. We drove to Bennett, which even being a Colorado native, I was not familiar with. For those of you who are not familiar it is a small town about twenty minutes straight east of DIA. We went to discuss the selling process with Charles and he made us an amazing meal; this guy can cook! Charles was worried about getting his house clean, tidy, and ready to show so we offered to take care of everything so that he had nothing to worry about. On St. Patrick’s Day, Adriana and I spent the day deep cleaning and organizing Charles’s home. This may sound weird, but we had a blast! We put Steve Aoki on full blast and got to work tag teaming everything while Charles worked on some things outside. This place was sparkling by the time we were done! Then, the following week we had an Easter themed open house which went really well. We had multiple people come by and see us and we also had multiple offers! Charles’s house went on the market on Friday and was under contract by Monday. Whoop, whoop! Congrats, Charles!

Our clients, Michele and Daniel, closed on their new home in Colorado Springs last week. You guys, Colorado Springs is the place to be! Michele and I used to work together, and she was discouraged by trying to find a home in the Denver Metro area last year. Adriana and I were determined to make sure she had a totally different experience this time around. We spent the day in Colorado Springs and we found the house of her and her family’s dreams. Michele, Daniel and their daughter, Aspen, are so deserving of this home. They couldn’t be more excited to embark on this new chapter!

RHLG Random Awesomeness

We love to show our support for what is right and what we believe in. After the school shooting in Parkland, Florida, many schools dedicated several minutes on March 14th to a “Walk Out”. Adriana and I wanted to stand up for what we believe in. We wanted to show our support and love for our schools, teachers, and students so that a change can be made and we as a nation do not have to endure the pain of another shooting. We participated in the Walk Out at Adriana’s kids school. We walked around the entire school and the kids stopped and tied strings to the fence to honor each and every victim of a school shooting. This was a very special moment, we hope and pray that we, as a nation, can come together and make a change.

Last month we had the honor of being a part of Bianca’s first annual Blonc BeautyCon. Bianca is Adriana’s hairstylist and has a salon right next door to our office at the Metlo. This event was truly amazing. There were various booths for different beauty vendors, along with food and drinks, and lots of giveaways. If you need anything beauty-wise, we know some people! Adriana was a hair model for the event and Bianca did her hair the day before which took a short eight hours. She looked amazing! We held a booth for life/career coaching as well as real estate. We had a great time meeting so many amazing people and spending the day a little different than usual.

RHLG Adds to the Agent Squad

Then there were three! The agent squad is growing at RHLG. Rachel is the newest member and we are delighted to have her! Rachel is also a Denver native and is currently living in Castle Rock. She and her fiancé are getting married this September and they have a sweet little two-year-old son. Rachel is determined to succeed and is going to do great things here at RHLG. Rachel first met the RHLG squad at our weekly mastermind meeting. We all took a shot (or two) of fire ball and enjoyed some Torchy’s Tacos. We had a great day getting to know Rachel!

RHLG Passion for Partnership

A huge part of RH Luxe Group is giving back. In the past, each month we picked a new charity to team up with in order to give back and build up the community. Recently, we have decided to create a partnership with one organization rather than doing something different each month. We want to build a bond with an organization and truly be a part of making an impact on our community. Last week we met with the director of Family Promise of Greater Denver. This is an amazing organization that helps those who have fallen on hard times and are experiencing homelessness by providing shelter, meals, and various support services. All of us at RHLG understand what it is like to fall on hard times and we are beyond blessed to be in the position we are to support others and give back to the community. We are excited to team up with Family Promise of Greater Denver and support them monetarily as well as have a physical presence in what they do on a regular basis. Stay tuned for what is to come!
